Daqui uns dias vcs vão dizer que eu sou a rainha do bolo de caixinha.. Confesso, sempre tenho um bolinho de caixinha em casa aguardando uma emergência, ou uma preguiça básica. E esse foi feito em um dia desses.
Eu preparei o bolo de caixinha, conforme diz a embalagem e coloquei assar em uma forma com um furo no meio. Desenformei e reservei.
O recheio foi fácil, lembra da receita de cocada mole aqui, então sobrou um tantinho ainda em casa e eu dei uma modificada nela, coloquei 1 copo de leite com uma colher (sopa) de amido de milho e uma colher (chá) de essência de baunilha e levei ao fogo para dar uma engrossadinha.
A cobertura é uma das que eu mais gosto, coloque em uma panela 1 caixinha de creme de leite, 4 colheres (sopa) de açúcar e 3 colheres (sopa) de chocolate em pó. Apure no fogo até ficar um creminho grosso.
Cortei o bolo ao meio, recheei e depois cobri. Se quiser pode finalizar com coco ou granulado. Eu deixei assim mesmo…. Esqueci de tirar foto por dentro..

Bom, mas eu vi que você falou que é a mestra do bolo de caixinha, mas não precisa não! Mesmo quando bate aquela preguicinha, geralmente apelo para essa receita aqui: bolo fácil de chocolate.
