O mais fácil e o preferido da casa (tá tem o de chocolate também..rs)!
Eu costumo fazer esse bolo quando minha irmã ou a cunhada vem em casa, porque até onde eu sei elas adoram e é mega fácil… Fica a dica pra um café da tarde, um lanchinho rápido, ou só pra matar a vontade de comer alguma coisa doce e gostosa…
No liquidificador bata 3 ovos, 1 xícara de óleo e 3 cenouras médias. Eu deixo bater bastante (uns 4 minutos) na velocidade alta. Depois de bem batido eu despejo o líquido todo em um recipiente e coloco 3 xícaras de açúcar (sim sim é doce) e 3 xícaras de farinha. Misturo tudo com a ajuda de um fouet (vulgo batedor), ai é só adicionar 1 colher (sobremesa) bem cheia de fermento químico e misturar bem. Coloque eu uma forma untada e enfarinhada. Leve ao fogo médio por uns 40 minutos (depende do forno) ou até ficar douradinho.
Pra cobertura as vezes eu faço brigadeiro mole, mas pra esse bolo eu misturei 1 caixinha de creme de leite, 4 colheres (sopa) de achocolatado e 2 colheres (sopa) de açúcar, levei ao fogo até ficar na consistência de um creminho e joguei por cima do bolo.
