A gente aqui em casa gosta muito de batata recheada. Antes eu fazia com purê mesmo, fazia um purê mega incrementado com requeijão e parmesão, forrava uma cumbuquinha, colocava o recheio e pronto, mas não fica a mesma coisa.
Então, dia desses eu resolvi fazer com as batatonas, sim batatas bem grandes. Fico bem bom, diferente das com purê.
Peguei duas batatas bem grandes, lavei bem. Fiz muitos e muitos furos nas batatas com um garfo, depois enrolei em papel alumínio e coloquei no forno pra assar (eu coloquei dentro de uma assadeira, mas depois descobri que o certo é colocar pra assar direto na grelha do forno). Foi 1 hora assando, mas eu deveria ter deixado mais um pouco.
Depois desenrolei as batatas e cortei para abrir ao meio. Outro erro, deveria ter cortado em cruz. Ao invés fiz um corte apenas no sentido do comprimento da batata, então na hora de abrir ela desmanchou um pouco. Fui obrigada a colocar numa cumbuquinha e terminar de abrir a batata ali mesmo, depois passei um pouco de manteiga por dentro.
O recheio eu coloquei o estrogonofe que sobrou do almoço que tava uma delícia. Cobri com cheddar e tava pronto. ZERO calorias.. haha….. Se quiser dá pra finalizar com batata palha, também fica excelente.
Aliás, o recheio pode ser a gosto. Creme branco com bacon, frango ao molho vermelho, catupiry, vegetariano.. Do gosto do freguês. Eu particularmente sempre faço batata recheada quando faço algum molho gostoso no almoço e sobra, reaproveitamento total!

Pq q é melhor colocar para assar direto na grade? Quando fiz foi na assadeira, também. Aliás, fiz tudo igual, mas ao invés de passar manteiga, fiz um creme de queijo para colocar antes do recheio e no final levamos ao microondas, só para derreter.
