A paixão pela cozinha deve ser de cunho hereditário. Minha mãe cozinha MUITO, minha avó materna faz coisas maravilhosas e minha mãe conta que a comida da minha avó paterna era divinal, pena que eu não me lembre.
Certamente muito do que aprendi foi com a minha mãe, que praticamente me obrigava a ajudá-la na cozinha. Tomei gosto pela coisa e hoje cozinho por paixão. Gosto de pesquisar bastante e quero muito fazer vários cursos de culinária. Como o tempo ainda é pouco, me aventuro na cozinha fazendo umas receitas que cato ali e aqui, modificando outras e inventando algumas coisas.
Não sou expert na alta gastronomia, mas tenho pra mim que cada prato feito por pessoas diferentes é único, especialmente em razão do gosto próprio de cada um em usar combinações distintas de temperos. Aprendi a cozinhar com minha mãe e minha comida é diferente da dela, mesmo que eu siga a risca a sua receita.
Acho que quem gosta de cozinhar gosta de comprar tempero, sou viciada pelas cores e cheiros novos. Eu costumo comprar sempre alguma coisa nova e testar. Aqui em casa já temos nossas preferências e sabemos certinho o que não entra nunca mais. Logo mais faço a minha lista de temperinhos favoritos.
