Noite de Queijos e Vinhos

Aqui em casa costumo fazer sempre alguma coisa diferente em datas comemorativas para mim e  o Noivo (mais marido que noivo – só falta a festa de casamento.. rs). Numa dessas ocasiões especiais resolvi fazer uma espécie de noite de queijos e vinho (um tipo só, já que éramos só nós dois).

Pães diversos (baguete, sírio, torradas e de leite), azeitonas tamanho família, salame hamburguês, tomates secos, nozes, cerejas, damascos, patês diversos (sour cream, patê de berinjela, pasta de tomate seco, cream cheese).

Uma noite de queijos e vinhos é uma ótima opção para reunir os amigos em casa para uma boa e longa conversa. Quando resolvi fazer o jantarzinho em casa pesquisei muita coisa na amada internet, e gostei muito dessa matéria “Como preparar uma bela noite de queijos e vinhos” e dessa também “Noite de Queijos e Vinho“.


Eu optei por fazer uma combinação de queijos mais a nossa cara, sabendo dos nossos gostos, bem como do vinho que serveria. Fiz uma tábua com Estepe, Gouda, Gruyére, Reino, e deve ter algum mais que esqueci, mas ai é de cada um, além dos queijos fiz umas pastinhas para acompanhamento, todas fáceis fáceis.

Pasta de Tomate Seco: 1/2 pote de cream cheese; tomates secos (a gosto).  Misturar tudo no processador. Difícil! haha

Sour Cream: ½ pote de cream cheese; ½ caixinha de creme de leite (o de caixinha é melhor por ser mais líquido); suco de 1 limão e azeite. É só misturar todos os ingredientes suavemente com um garfo para incorporar tudo. Dica: Cuidado para não bater com muita força para não ficar muito líquido, tem que ser uma mistura mais consistente.

Sobrou queijo? O ideal é guardar todos separados, pois o sabor de cada um é individual e guardando todos juntos, pode haver uma confusão de aromas, o que mudaria totalmente o queijo e até o estragaria. Para conservar melhor enrolar em papel alumínio e conservar na geladeira, ou fazer um happy hour com queijos e vinhos para acabar com todo o restinho, um fondue de queijo, ou mesmo uns sanduíches incrementados ou um risotinho…
