Bife a Parmegiana

Para quem passa o dia todo fora, a melhor coisa é poder almoçar em casa. Comidinha fresquinha e a companhia de quem a gente ama. E são assim os nossos almoços de sábado e domingo, porque durante a semana saio cedo e só volto a tardezinha…

Domingo desses resolvi fazer um dos pratos favoritos do love, bife a parmegiana. Fala sério, quem não gosta?

Como fiz??? Temperei os bifes com sal (bem pouco), alho amassado, cebola picada, pimenta e um tiquinho de shoyu e deixei pegar bem o tempero. Depois empanei os bifes. Primeiro passei na farinha de trigo, em seguida no ovo batido e depois na farinha temperada (eu gosto bastante da Farofa Pronta Temperada da YOKI Suave), mas dá pra passar na farinha de rosca, é uma questão de preferência.

Daí é só fritar os bifes em óleo quente, deixar escorrer o excesso de gordura em papel toalha. Em seguida colocar em um refratário com molho de tomate, cobrir com queijo (mussarela ou paramesão ou uma misturinha dos dois), colocar para assar, até o queijo derreter..

Servi com um arroz branco e batata palha, o ideal mesmo é a batata palito pra ficar perfeito, mas nesse dia em especial não rolou. Ainda tinha uma saladinha verde para minimizar as calorias… haha

Como eu queria almoçar em casa hoje!!!!
