A vida continua corrida.. Ainda não consegui me adaptar com horários novos, mas um dia eu consigo, por isso tenho cozinhado pouco e entrado menos ainda na internet. Mas enfim, um dia a gente supera.
Ademais, vamos a receitinha de hoje, que é uma delícia..
Eu já disse uma vez que adoro coco. Cocada, bolo prestígio, enfim, tudo que tem coco! Ai esses dias atrás tinha um abacaxi implorando para ser consumido e um restinho de coco fresco, ai eu resolvi fazer um doce de abacaxi com coco para comer com sorvete de creme.
Ingredientes
1 Abacaxis
2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar
1 xícaras (chá) de água
3 Cravos da ìndia
1 pedaço de Canela
100 g de coco ralado (eu usei em pedacinhos)
Como fiz: Descasquei e cortei o abacaxi em cubos não muito pequenos. Na panela de pressão misturei o açúcar, a água, o abacaxi, os cravos, a canela e o coco. Tampei e levei ao fogo, deixando cozinhar durante 15 minutos após o início da pressão. Desliguei o fogo e deixei sair a pressão. Abri a panela e apurei durante cerca de 15 minutos no fogo brando sem a tampa. Ai só deixar esfriar e servir. Com sorvete ficou bem bom!
Dicas:
* Corte o abacaxi em cubos médios, se cortar muito pequeno vai derreter demais.
** Se o abacaxi for bem doce, reduza a quantidade de açúcar, senão fica um melado rs..
