Ano novinho começando e tá todo mundo na onda de enxugar uns quilinhos, ou pelo menos tentar. Então a receitinha do post de hoje é um tanto light e bem gostosa. É uma variação para o peito de frango tão sem graça de cada dia.
Fica um prato bem bonito e fácil de fazer.
Temperei dois filés médios de peito de frango(eu usei sal, pimenta, páprica doce e suco de meio limão), mas o tempero pode ser a gosto, e deixei marinando por uns 20 minutos. Fiz uma mistura de gergelim branco e gergelim preto e empanei os peitos de frango. Em uma frigideira antiaderente eu coloquei um fio de azeite, esquentei bem e coloquei o frango para fritar. A dica aqui é deixar que o frango frite bem de um lado, para então virar, procurando virar uma única vez. Tem que cuidar para o gergelim não queimar, por isso é ideal que o fogo não esteja muito alto, para que o frango cozinhe bem por dentro, mas não pode estar muito baixo para não ficar ressecado.
A salada eu fiz com alface americana rasgadas grosseiramente, fatias de peito de peru light, umas pequenas fatias de manga e tomates (era para ser o cereja, mas no dia não achei pra comprar), ai piquei um tomate pequeno em quatro e tirei a sementes, e temperei com molho de iogurte (iogurte, sal, limão e azeite). Não exagere no molho da salada, senão deixa de ser light.
Oi Kelly, eu adoro comer essa comidinha leve, apesar de não ter "enfiado o pé na jaca" nesse fim de ano, eu sempre como assim, porque estou acima do peso e preciso né?!
