Pão Recheado

Tá com preguiça?! Vai fazer um lanchinho pra comer a noite. Então, esse pão é ótimo para um lanche rápido. Todo mundo gosta e é fácil e rápido de fazer. É receita da minha mãe, me lembro de uma época que ela fazia esse pão recheado em baguete, mas faz tantoooooo tempo e eu adaptei fazendo no pão caseiro, e deu certo também.

Pão Recheado

Ingredientes:
– um pão caseiro ou italiano (eu prefiro o pão caseiro ou de leite por ser mais molinho)
– salsicha ( aproximadamente 500gr)
– 1 cebola
– 2 tomates médios picados e sem sementes
– molho de tomate
– temperos a gosto (sal, pimenta branca, orégano)
– maionese
– creme de leite
– muçarela

Modo de Preparo:
Coloque o pão em uma assadeira. Corte uma tampinha do pão, retirando o miolo cuidadosamente e reserve. Passe maionese dentro do pão e coloque umas fatias de muçarela.

Faça um molho de salsicha a gosto. Eu faço assim, refogo a cebola cortada bem fininha em azeite de oliva e quando já estiver douradinha acrescento os tomates e deixo refogar bem. Logo em seguida acrescento molho de tomate, pode ser o industrializado mesmo, tem alguns de muito boa qualidade no mercado. Quando estiver fervendo acrescento a salsicha picadinha e já pré-cozida, e acerto o tempero com pimenta branca, sal, orégano e as vezes noz moscada). O ideal é que o molho não fique muito aguado. Depois de pronto desligo o fogo e acrescento meia caixa de creme de leite.

Agora é só montar o pão.

PAO RECHEADO - passo a passo

Coloque um tanto de molho dentro do pão e vá preenchendo com o miolo que foi retirado, intercalando molho e miolo, terminando com molho, até preencher todo o interior do pão, termine com uma fatia de queijo, colocando a tampa novamente.

Leve ao forno para aquecer, cerca de 15 a 20 minutos. Depois é só servir fatiado!!!
