Vamos tirar a poeira do blog. Dois meses parado! Com o tempo voa… A gente se envolve com as coisas e o tempo vai passando e não conseguimos nos organizar para dar conta de tudo aquilo que a gente gosta. Mas uma hora temos que sentar e colocar as coisas em dia e assim estou de volta ao blog que tanto amo.
E para comemorar a volta, numa data bem especial – Dia dos Namorados – a receita também tinha que ser especial.
Moranguinhas recheadas com Camarão
Ingredientes:
2 mini morangas
500 gr de camarão limpo, temperado com limão, sal e pimenta branca
1 tomate sem sementes picado
1 cebola pequena picada
1 dente de alho amassado
1 colher (sobremesa) de catchup
1 colher (sobremesa) de mostarda
½ copo de requeijão
Modo de preparo:
Primeiro prepare as mini morangas. Lave-as bem e seque. Com cuidado, retire uma tampinha e reserve. Com uma colher de chá retire as sementes de dentro, com cuidado para não perfurar a casca. Após, pincele azeite dentro e fora das moranguinhas, enrole em papel alumínio e leve ao forno para assar até ficarem macias.
Enquanto as moranguinhas assam, prepare o molho. Refogue o camarão em azeite até ficar rosado, acrescente a cebola e o alho e dê uma dourada, em seguida coloque o tomate e dê uma refogada, acrescente o molho de tomate, o catchup e a mostarda. Deixe refogar por uns 3 minutos, acrescente o requeijão, daí é só acertar o sal e a pimenta.
Depois que as moranguinhas estiverem macias é só rechear com o molho e servir com um arroz branco. Um mimo!
