Rocambole de Carne

Fica ai a dica para o almoço de sábado.

Depois de uma semana punk mega corrida, nada melhor do que uma comidinha caseira pra repor as energias e de preferência aquela facinho de fazer, porque tô cansada, confesso!
Então a sugestão é esse rocambole de carne… hmmmmm
Veja ai que fácil..

Tempere a carne moída a gosto. Eu usei sal, pimenta branca, creme de cebola, alho e cebola picadinhos. Deixe descansando para pegar bem o tempero. Abra a massa de carne sobre um plástico ou um papel filme. Sobre a carne passe requeijão e queijo cheddar. Em seguida coloque milho, cenoura e vagem (pré-cozidos) e calabresa em tiras. Enrole o rocambole, cuidando para fechar bem as bordas, para o recheio não vazar. Enrole em papel alumínio e leve ao forno por 30 minutos, retire o alumínio deixe dourar.
Ai, só servir!
