Saladinha Básica

E continua quente e para dias assim nada melhor que uma salada fresquinha. Ainda mais numa segunda-feira (dia internacional do início da dieta)

Pra essa saladinha usei alface americana (as folhas menores). Fiz uma misturinha com ricota e azeite. Pré-cozinhei uma porção de cenoura e vagem bem picadinhas. E mais uma porção de tomates e pepino japonês picados.

Na montagem coloquei dentro das folhas uma porção da misturinha de ricota e um tantinho de cenoura e vagem. Dispus elas em um prato e no centro coloquei o pepino e o tomate.

O tempero pode ser a gosto, eu servi com aceto balsâmico. Ficou bem leve e bom!

E viva a dieta!
