Quando o ovo estiver bem cozindo, acrescente cenoura ralada, deixe fritar um pouco e logo em seguida coloque o arroz já cozido feito do seu jeito, pode ser aquele que sobrou do almoço do dia seguinte. Acerte no sal, e se precisar adicione mais um pouquinho de óleo de gergelim. Se quiser dá pra colocar ainda uma latinha de milho. Na hora de servir polvilhe cebolinha verde.
