Carne com Legumes

Eu já disse por aqui que sou fã de carterinha da wok? Pois é, adoro, inclusive tenho livros de receitas só pra wok, que normalmente são bem práticas, ótimas para nós mulheres trabalhadoras e donas de casa.

E nessa vibe de comidinhas rápidas, porém gostosinhas, essa é uma boa dica, carne com legumes, ótimo para uma segunda preguiçosa.

Aqueci a wok e adicionei 2 colheres (sopa) de óleo de gergelim. Logo em seguida coloquei uma porção de carne em cubos ou em tirinhas (pode ser ave, bovino ou suíno – dessa vez eu usei metade peito de frango, metade patinho em tiras – eu prefiro em tirinhas). Deixei fritar bem a carne, ai adicionei aproximadamente 1 colher de chá de gengibre bem picadinho, 1 dente de alho bem picadinho e 1 cebola em tiras.

Dei uma douradinha ai acrescentei cenoura cortada em rodelas bem fininhas e bastante brócolis (o japonês) – porque aqui em casa a gente adora brócolis. Deixei dar uma abafadinha ai coloquei ¼ de copo de shoyu, tampei e deixei os legumes ficarem no ponto, não gosto deles muito moles. Claro que tem que dar uma mexidinha pra não queimar em baixo. Depois dá uma acertadinha no sal e só!
