Sexta-feira e minha dica para quem gosta de ir pra cozinha no fim de semana \o/ é uma massa básica de salgados. Essa massa é ótima para salgados assados. Fácil de fazer, versátil, dá pra fazer inúmeros tipos de salgados assados. Esfirras, enroladinhos, enroladão e os recheios podem ser também os mais variados.
½ litro de leite morno
1 colher (sopa) margarina
1 pitada de açúcar
1 colher (chá) sal
50 gr de fermento biológico seco
3 colheres (sopa) óleo
Farinha de trigo até dar ponto (aproximadamente 1kg)
Amorne o leite e dissolva o fermento, acrescente os demais ingredientes e misture bem. Em seguida, vá adicionando a farinha de trigo aos poucos, não é preciso sovar a massa, é só amassar até incorporar bem os ingredientes. Deixe crescer a massa.
Depois faça os salgados que você mais gosta. Pincele os salgados com gema e asse.
Rende bem e os salgados ficam uma delícia! Faz ai e depois me conta!

Olá Neide. Depois de assados vc pode congelar sim. Normalmente duram cerca de 2 a 3 meses no freezer. Ai só tirar, esperar descongelar e esquentar.. As vezes na pressa eu coloco congelados mesmo no forno para esquentar.

Daniela, coloca um pouquinho de óleo na assadeira e espalha bem com um guardanapo ou papel toalha. 😀
