Um peixinho para acompanhar uma massa é sempre bom e levinho, não quando a gente capricha no molho rs.
Para o almoço desses dias fiz o Macarrão Ninho (receita aqui) e com ele servi um filé de peixe com um molho de mostarda, creme de leite e requeijão.
Ingredientes:
– 4 filés de merluza
– sal, limão e pimenta branca a gosto
– 1 colher (sopa e generosa) de requeijão
– 1/4 caixa de creme de leite
– 1 colher (sobremesa) de mostarda
Preparo:
Super fácil de fazer. Temperei os filés de merluza com sal, pimenta branca e limão e deixei marinar. Enquanto isso fiz o molho com o requeijão, o creme de leite e a mostarda, levando ao fogo para dar uma aquecida. Quase na hora de servir grelhei os filés de peixe na manteiga e coloquei o molho por cima.
Ficou leve e muito gostoso!!

@Sam I know what your mean. In the current economy its hard to find a job that pays good and is stable . I have found that if you just work hard and are consistent you can succeed.
